How To Measure Your Waist
What do I measure with?
If you can use a soft tape measure, that's best.
If not, use a string, rope, or wire to wrap around your waist - you can then measure the length on a tape measure.
What part of my body do I measure?
Your waist is typically the smallest part of your torso. Find the smallest part of your body between your ribs and the top of your hips, above your belly button.
If you're measuring for a belt - measure where you'd like the belt to sit.
How to measure myself?
Make sure the tape measure is pulled tight but isn't digging into your skin. Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.
