RETURNS

Please contact us before initiating a return or we cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted.

Time Limit

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

United States

Returns in the United States are free.

If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. Print it out and tape it to the black polymailer your original order came in. Be sure to cover up all other bar codes.

International

We cannot refund or pay shipping charges for returns outside of the United States.

Rules for Returns

Sale items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

No makeup, no deodorant marks, no scents or perfumes. No broken or damaged zippers, hems, straps, etc. 

We want to give you the best experience possible, so all of our items go through our quality control process to make sure our products aren’t damaged. If your item arrives damaged, take photos and email us asap at Hey@ShopBebeLeStrange.com

Once your return has arrived and been approved, you will receive a refund on your order within 3 business days to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Please contact us before initiating an exchange or we cannot guarantee that your exchange will be accepted.

Exchanges aren’t guaranteed due to the small runs of our styles, but please contact us if you’re interested in a size exchange. 

Exchanges must be done within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached.

Once we receive the item(s) you'd like to exchange & the item has been approved, we will ship out the replacement within 3 business days. You will be sent an updated tracking number.
